Alexander is a seasoned real estate investor with involvement in over $1.5 billion of transactions. He has intensive investment experience across almost all real estate asset classes and across the capital stack. His prior experience includes roles at Palatine Capital Partners, RedSky Capital, CRC Companies and Starwood Capital Group.
Alexander graduated from Cornell SC Johnson College of Business with a bachelor in Hotel Administration and a minor in Real Estate.

Javier brings a decade of commercial real estate development and investment experience from leading firms like Aria Development Group, Boston Properties, Pensam Capital and CRC Companies.
He earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Certificate in Architectural Engineering from Duke University.

Investment minimums vary by opportunity, structure, and access channel. Through aggregation across broker-dealers, RIAs, and family offices, Alius is often able to negotiate lower individual minimums while accessing institutional-quality opportunities. Specific minimums are determined on a deal-by-deal basis and communicated in advance of each opportunity.
